There are several payment methods for your e-tickets:
1. Credit card* online payment.
You will need to enter your credit card information and conduct a transaction.
In order to pay by credit card you should be confident in that:
- you have sufficient funds to pay. Check your balance before you pay.
- there is no credit card withdrawal limit. This limit may be set by the Bank to prevent fraudulent transactions.
- your bank allows you to pay by credit card over the Internet. .
You can clarify the above mentioned information by contacting your bank.
Please fill the credit card details carefully.
We will mail your e-ticket as soon as the payment is confirmed.
*VISA, VISA Electron, VISA Domestic, MasterCard, Cirrus, Maestro, PrivatCard provided that issuing bank authorizes transactions on the Internet for mentioned types of cards in accordance with its internal policy.
2. Payment in our office
You can pay by cash or credit card ** in the office of "Travel Center" TRIME" at: Smolenskaya str. 31-33, 03005, Kiev on weekdays from 09:00 till 18:00
**Additional fee will be charged for credit card transaction 3% of the total price for Amex cards - 2,5% of the total price for VISA, MasterCard
3. “Cash on delivery” within Kiev
You can pay by cash to agency courier.***
***Delivery cost - 30 UAH including VAT. Delivery is carried from 9:00 till 18:00!
4. Payment by bank transfer
Once you've booked your ticket at www.online.trime.ua the system will print you an invoice, which contains the service description (including reservation number) and the total amount to be paid. The invoice also indicates the payment deadline.
We cannot guarantee the declared price provided the deadline is not met.
