To search for flight options you need to fill in the form with the following data:

 

Specify the type of flight you need:  

 

• One-way
• Return
• Multiple (you can specify several destination points)

Departure, Destination – please select the necessary option in the drop-down menu. You can also enter first letters of the destination city for the system to suggest you options. You can also enter city IATA code. You can find IATA codes here (http://www.airport-technology.com/codes/)

 

Departure – Date and time of departure 

Arrival – Date and time of arrival

 

Passenger – number and age of passengers (maximum of 9 passengers can be booked within 1 transaction)

 

Class of service:

• Economy
• Business
• First

Advanced search – click this link to get additional search options:

• Airlines – allows you to select a specific airline. In this case the system will show you flight options operated by the selected airline. (This function is not the best choice for cheapest price search.)

 

• Search Type:
  1. based on fare level – this type of search is used to sort flight options depending on the fare amount (pure fare excluding taxes and charges)
  2. based on timetable – this type of search is used to sort flights according to the timetable – from the earliest to the latest on the selected dates.
  3. based on the total price (best buy)   - this type of search is used to view flight options depending on their total price, including taxes and charges. Information is displayed in descending order.

 

Carefully fill in the form! Remember that you’ll be able to change only date and time of departure once the reservation is complete!

Click "Next" button.

You will be offered several flight options.

 

The booking system uses “best buy” search by default.

Each option contains the following information about the flight:

• Flight - flight number
• Type of ticket:
1. О – paper ticket;
2. E – e-ticket;
• Departure;
• Destination; 
• Time of departure;
• Time of arrival;
• Airline;
• Total price.

You can get the flight info also by clicking the flight number!

 

Besides, you can also add flight options with different dates for the system to search for the lowest price.

To do this, specify the dates of departure/arrival and press “Add dates” button. You will be able to see both initial and new option with the price.

You can choose the most suitable flight if there are several flights on the selected day of departure.

 

Press “Book” button to book the chosen flight option.

 

You can book preferred seats in the aircraft in “flight plan” section.

 

Please choose the preferred payment method in “Payment and delivery” section.

 

Please carefully fill the following sections:- Passengers, - Contact Information, - Delivery address

 

Please leave any remarks you think vital in “Additional information” section.

 

We strongly recommend you to read Terms of Transportation!

 

Please tick “Terms of Transportation” box before you continue.

 

The system will display “Your reservation is completed successfully!” You can print your reservation confirmation now. It contains reservation number and data.

 

Please feel free to contact our managers (044) 585 88 08 should you have any hesitations or use online system the first time. Our managers will check the reservation, total price and will inform you about the fare terms and conditions.

 

IMPORTANT!

 

Please do not make several similar reservations with different agencies.  

The airline will cancel all the reservations as duplicates in this case without any warning.

You have to cancel any reservation with other agencies before you are going to buy the cheapest flights with us.
